never received item was suppose to receive october 5th still nothing, wasnt provided with a tracking number or anything. they dont communicate or anything I honestly think it’s a fraud. Then told me my product was at destination when it’s not at all. I need my product or a replacement asap.

The sound is good, the microphone is excellent, charging gives normal. From USB and SD card has not tried yet. But I think everything will work fine.
